A first win for this 3yo Sun Central filly after some solid placed efforts for winning owner A W Bult. FUNKY TOWN PINKIE had a golden opportunity in a small field after two defections and won pretty much as she pleased and was eased inside the final furlong. There should be some more to come from her in staying handicaps during the winter.
