LAWMANS BLIS wins at Wolves! On only his second start for the yard, the gelding raced off the same mark as when he was runner-up on his recent stable debut and this time got the better of a strong opponent. Dale Swift kept him nicely settled in midfield, before asking him for effort and making good headway from over 1f out.
He had been successful at Wolverhampton before, and took the lead inside the final furlong, staying on gamely to snatch victory by a head. Dale said he’d be effective over anything from 1m3f to 2m, so we seem to have more to look forward to!
